ADMIS offers experienced handling of trade execution across all product lines. Trades are executed using efficient methodologies available at the time of entry with the best interest of the client always the first consideration. ADMIS uses both electronic and open outcry venues. Operationally, ADMIS is a proactive liaison, communicating with its partner firms to monitor give-up processes and ensure proper allocation of trades and timely billing.
ADMIS’s sound, rapid trade execution and clearing support provides its customers with the following services:
- 24-hour telephone and/or Electronic Order Placement
- Special commercial floor desks with direct access into the trading pits
- Designated brokers in many of the trading pits that fill orders exclusively for ADM Investor Services
- Experienced, knowledgeable and courteous personnel

- Prompt give-up documentation service and circulation
Electronic Order Entry
Customers choose from the list of cutting-edge trading platforms that we offer, each of which is tailored for specific trading styles and requirements. Electronic orders are routed with speed and accuracy, and fills are often reported within seconds. An order placed on one of ADMIS’s trading platforms routes directly from the user’s computer to the trading floor or an electronic trading platform, such as GLOBEX, e-CBOT or ICE. Using one of ADMIS’s trading platforms offers many other benefits, including 24-hour trading access, depth of market, real time quotes, charting capabilities and marked-to-the-market account information. Customers can view their working, open, and filled orders, as well as open positions.

Telephone Order Entry
Customers who choose to enter their orders by telephone can call toll-free directly to strategically located specialists on the Chicago exchange floors. Futures and option orders are executed swiftly utilizing the latest electronic routing systems on the trading floor including electronic clerks and headsets. New York orders are placed through a trading desk in Chicago and then electronically transmitted directly into the trading pits in New York through a sophisticated order entry system. Experienced professionals who staff these desks pride themselves on the superior way each order is executed and fill reported.
Clearing Support
The ADM Investor Services’ Back Office has earned the reputation of providing some of the finest customer service in the industry. In addition to the personal support given by experienced professionals, we also provide our brokers with a state-of-the-art software communication program called ADM Connect. Using ADM Connect, a broker has the ability to securely download timely, accurate information and reports via the Internet throughout the trading day. Brokers use ADM Connect to receive their daily equity runs, market research and other notices, as well as, daily and monthly statements, margin call and open order reports, and many other data files. In addition, users have access to a preliminary trade report listing all current daily trade information and cash activity that is updated every twenty minutes throughout the day.
