TRADING STRATEGY
The program trades the S&P 500 Index futures and options market. The advisor uses technical and fundamental analysis with market psychology in consideration of the options price, time and volatility to initiate a position. The main purpose is to collect premium. The strategy is to plan when the option will expire worthless due to time decay or volatility decrease. In some situations, the option may be liquidated at a profit or loss before it expires. At times, the advisor may use Mini S&P 500 Index futures or Mini Dow Index futures or even the S&P 500 futures to hedge or trade against the S&P 500 Index options.
