TRADING STRATEGY
The strategy consists of three key elements: 1. ODI (Option Deviation Index). The concept developed for UNISystems Option Strategies to determine stock market sentiment by analyzing the ratio of deviations of a stock market index. Based on actual ODI reading, 5D Strategy determines appropriate ratio between traded puts and calls. 2. 5D Evaluation System. Designed for 5D Strategy simulators and calculation sheets comparing common value relationships between options and complex option spreads under various market conditions. The system determines the best preliminary trading levels/strike prices of options and then compares the results against ODI readings. 3. 5D Defense System. If market hits one of previously calculated levels, complex option positions are converted into other formations.
