TRADING STRATEGY
The Developed Market Universe Program (DMU) is an absolute return strategy that captures trending behavior in currency markets and aims to select the best positions in a broad range of crosses between developed currencies. The investment universe of the DMU program consists of the crosses among the AUD, CAD, CHF, EUR, GBP, JPY, USD, NOK and SEK. The DMU Program has a disciplined, systematic and transparent investment process. This investment process results in a diversified portfolio of large liquid currencies with controlled region specific risks and a soft cushion for losses in periods with bad directional predictions. DMU is implemented with forward contracts. DMU targets absolute annualized returns of 20%, with an annualized volatility of 15%. DMU is offered as managed account and MTN through Rabobank (AAA credit rating).
