TRADING STRATEGY
Program uses mix of systematic quantitative trading models that have been designed to exploit price movements in a universe of around 100 global markets across 9 market sectors. It covers three levels of testing (i.e. back testing, walk-forward testing, and Monte Carlo simulation). Maestro seek to avoid the risk of over-optimising which occurs when a trading model is allowed to fit itself to historic data. Program uses a spectrum of time frames from the short-term (3-10 days) to the long-term (90 days or more). Leverage is approximately 2 1/2 times Account equity and notional funding is available.
