TRADING STRATEGY
Blue Fin Capital uses proprietary models to engage in short term momentum based trading in the spot FX market. Critical elements of the trading campaign are risk management and asset allocation procedures. The strategy is non-discretionary (except in relation to risk management, approximately 5%), using clearly defined stop losses and profit targets upon entering the market. It is designed to capitalise on the deviations from randomness that market price series exhibit. The program has an absolute return focus and exhibits low correlation to traditional asset classes such as stocks and bonds. Average margin to equity 7.5%. Interest not included in returns.
